How to improve the efficiency of multi-function crusher?
Dry pulverization: It is a method of directly pulverizing dried medicinal materials. Medicinal materials should be fully dried by sun drying, drying in the shade, drying and other methods (generally, the water content should be controlled below 5%) before being crushed. According to the characteristics of the medicinal materials, they can be comminuted by mixing, separately or after special treatment. 1. Mixing and crushing (co research) means that all or part of the drugs in the prescription are mixed together and crushed together after proper treatment. Most of the medicinal materials in the compound preparation were crushed by this method. The crushing and mixing operations are carried out together, efficient. However, when the prescription contains a large amount of viscous and oily ingredients or animal skin, meat, bones and muscles, it can be easily crushed only after special treatment. Common methods include "mixing materials", "mixing oil" and "steaming tank". 2. Separate pulverization (single research) is a method of pulverizing a drug separately. This method is applicable to precious fine materials such as borneol, musk, bezoar, antelope horn, etc; Toxic drugs such as nux vomica, red powder, etc; Irritant drugs such as toad venom;
Usage and working principle of multi-function superfine pulverizer
The superfine pulverizer is widely used in food (corn, maltose, rice, ginger, pepper, pepper, oilwheat, soybean, anise, cinnamon, dehydrated vegetables, hawthorn, dried ginger, onion, garlic, shallot, carrot, soybean meal, plant fiber, starch, fish meal, essence flavor, chitin, cabbage, grain, shrimp skin, seasoning). Working principle: materials enter the crushing chamber through the screw conveyor from the hopper and are cut and broken by high-speed rotating blades. The materials are conveyed to the cyclone separator and bag filter by negative pressure pneumatic conveying, and the discharged materials meet the product requirements. Usage and working principle of multi-function superfine pulverizer The equipment is composed of three parts: main engine, auxiliary engine and electric cabinet. It has the characteristics of air separation, no screen and uniform fineness. It can be continuously produced and widely used for micronization of materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. The grinding fineness can be independently controlled by the speed regulating motor, and the material fineness can reach 320 meshes. The finished product flows out automatically through the cyclone separator. The dust generated in the whole operation process is collected by the bag through pulse dedusting, without dust pollution. The materials enter the crushing chamber through spiral conveying, are cut and broken by high-speed rotating local knives, and are conveyed to the cyclone separator and bag type dust remover through negative pressure pneumatic conveying. The discharged material dust is recycled by the bag type dust remover.
Daily maintenance of superfine pulverizer equipment
Multi level maintenance shall be carried out according to the accumulated running time of the equipment. The small ultramicro pulverizer shall be operated for 240 hours, 720 hours for secondary maintenance and 1000 hours for tertiary maintenance. The equipment of the ultramicro pulverizer has been maintained for 1000 hours once, 3000 hours twice and 10000 hours three times. (1) Check the appearance. All transmission parts and exposed parts shall be free of corrosion, and the surrounding environment shall be clean and tidy. (2) Check the transmission part. Check the technical condition of each component, tighten the loose components, adjust the fit clearance, check the wear of bearings and bearing pads, and check and replace the balance plate, ring and impeller., So as to achieve normal sound transmission, the anquan is reliable. (3) Check the lubrication. Check whether the performance indicators of lubricating oil and grease are qualified, whether the oil filter is blocked or dirty, add new oil according to the oil level in the oil tank or replace the oil according to the oil quality. The oil shall be clean, the oil circuit shall be smooth, without leakage and abrasion. (4) Electrical system. Wipe the motor, check the terminals of the motor and power supply cable, and check whether the insulation and grounding are complete, clean, firm and reliable. (5) Overhaul the pipeline. Check whether the valve leaks, whether the switch is flexible, and whether the filter is blocked.
